- Client Appointment. Cloud-based and accessible from anywhere a clinic has a web connection. This is where it all starts. Assess your client prospect to determine if your clinic can provide the services they require.

Client Intake. Once you have established suitability of fit between your clinic and the client, our system makes client record activation and management simple and quick. Here, you establish the important details including:
- basic contact information
- identifying pathology and needs
- funding options available to your client
- appointments
- establishing an electronic notes file that all team members can view or add to
- uploading any important documents relating to your client
- tools and historical records
- Project Build. Template-driven and Fully customizable. Once the pathology has been outlined during Client Intake, this section becomes customized to the specific needs of the client. For example, a client with an ACL pathology will trigger all that you need to start on a Lower Extremity project. Here, we store referral sources or even outline multiple projects for the same client. At this step, we also start displaying a graphical progress bar that shows what stage the client clinical project is at.
- Quote. With the project fully outlined, a quotation is then automatically generated by Link To Clinic for the purpose of matching the clinical service to all funding opportunities. Quote templates are a BIG time saver here as you build out common pathology solutions across multiple clients.
- Work Order. The quote is the precursor to having the system then prepare an automated Work Order that your clinicians will use for their build and service. Clinicians then enter the system to mark the status of each project updating the entire team through the Link To Clinic platform.
- Dispense Device/Project. This marks the closer of the build phase of the project and represents that a client has received the device.
- Financial Remarks. Record all relevant funding and payment details, pending applications and more. When ready, the system then generates ADP "csv" file formats for easy transmission to the ADP platform, speeding up the compensation process.
- Converting to Invoice. As the final step, the quote becomes a receivable in the system as an invoice that holds a permanent record of the work completed and billed. From here, standard accounting ledger options empower the clinic to see the status of all outstanding accounts.
